(**all numbers are approximate)
-2 hams (4–5 lbs each)
-Center-cut ham steaks
(Hams can also be made into sausage if preferred)
-20-25 lbs of sausage (your choice of breakfast or Italian)
-1 Boston butt roast (4–5 lbs)
(Can be cut into shoulder steaks or ground into additional sausage)
-9–10 lbs of bacon
-18 pork chops
-2 half-racks of ribs
Optional upgrades:
Some ground pork can be crafted into brats — many delicious varieties available — for an additional $2.50 per pound.
